ZiCon

The year was 2009, I had just attending my very first convention located right here in the city of Edinburg being hosted by the Echo Hotel, and my mind was completely blown away by what I had just experienced. While the convention itself wasn’t very large, I was completely taken back by the sights, sounds, and people who roamed the halls and conference rooms. I had never experienced anything like it, but I knew I wanted more. I’ve made it my life goal to be around this sort of community for as long as I possibly could, giving back to it when I can, and help it grow if possible. I love the convention scene and everything and everyone that’s a part of it. I hope to make ZiCon a staple for con goers to attend yearly, and enjoy themselves every year as much as I did at my very first convention.
