Three GSL (Global StarCraft League) seasons are the bedrock of competitive StarCraft II play in the Korean region. With a ₩170 million prize pool ($150,000!) per season, and a guaranteed spot for the champion of each season in the WCS Global Finals, GSL matches are defining journeys in many StarCraft II pro players’ careers.

IEM PyeongChang

Intel Extreme Masters is South Korea-bound! As previously announced by Intel, StarCraft II will have its own stand-alone esports tournament ahead of the Olympic Winter Games 2018. The final event will take place in PyeongChang from February 5-7, 2018.
