Have you ever been annoyed about response times when you put in a ticket for an issue? Valve released numbers of how many complaints Steam gets a day to shed some light on why it takes so long for the company to get back to people.
According to Daniel Cooper at Engadget, “On a regular day, the company gets around 75,000 help requests. Of that figure, only 8,000 are left waiting for a response, although that figure has been as high as 50,000 at the start of February. The bulk of all the complaints are around refunds, with the next biggest number being related to account security and recovery.”
Heart emoji! Horizon Zero Dawn’s Aloy is getting some new gimmicks in patch 1.2 next week. She’ll have new facial expressions, poses, filters, a “greetings from” sticker for photos and can hide settlements in pictures. “The game’s HUD sees some upgrades, too. For example, whenever Aloy dons the Shield Weaver Armor, a blue status bar will appear above her existing health bar,” Engadget’s Jessica Conditt writes.
