Dell will once again be a publicly-traded company after a shareholder vote. “To make their publicly-traded status official, Dell is in the process of acquiring all the tracking stock of their subsidiary VMWare (DVMT) at $120 per share,” PC Gamer’s Joanna Nelius reports.

Sensor Tower released the “Top Mobile Games by Worldwide Revenue for November 2018.” Overall revenue saw Monster Strike in 1st, followed by Honor of Kings and Fate/Grand Order.
The Game Awards viewership more than doubled from last year, Engadget’s Jon Fingas reports. “Online viewership jumped 128 percent for the 2018 awards with 26.2 million total streams … The show nearly doubled its simultaneous Twitch streams to 1.13 million, while the YouTube crowd more than doubled to an unspecified amount.”
Since Artifact’s launch two weeks ago, its concurrent players have dropped from a peak of 60,000 to 11,200 as of yesterday, PC Gamer’s Fraser Brown reports.
ZeniMax and Facebook settled their lawsuit “over Oculus VR technology. A federal judge yesterday granted the pair’s joint motion to dismiss their appeals in the case after they reached a settlement through the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals mediation program,” GI.biz’s Brendan Sinclair reports.
