Twitch is making another effort to make esports accessible. Twitch Rivals, the somewhat casual tournament series featuring people’s favorite content creators playing some of the most popular games out there, consistently pulls good numbers and has been a success so far. Now, Twitch has unveiled a new esports beta program called Versus. Versus is “an end-to-end suite of competition tools for organizers, players, and viewers from all different backgrounds and experience levels. Competition organizers can quickly and easily create, manage, and stream competitions with their communities of players and viewers – all integrated on Twitch.” The full announcement can be found here.
