Xbox has officially announced that their Xbox Games Showcase will take place on July 23rd at Noon ET. The showcase will be a part of the Summer Game Fest hosted by Geoff Keighley. The announcement is here.
This year’s EVO event, which was to be held online, has been cancelled. The cancellation comes after co-founder and CEO Joey Cuellar was publicly accused of sexual abuse. Cuellar has been removed from the company. EVO’s full statement can be found here.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot released an internal letter that was sent to all employees regarding the recent allegations of misconduct within the company. “The situations that some of you have experienced or witnessed are absolutely not acceptable.
